Family Visits

Hello Families. We are happy to inform you that visitation at St. Mary's Center resumed on Monday April 26, 2021. Visits will be by appointment only; please call Resident Services at 212-662-1826 or 718-664-3868 to schedule. Visits will be for one hour each visit and we can schedule a maximum of three visits per day. Visitors will sign in upon arrival and be screened. Both visitors and residents will hand sanitize or hand wash before entering and exiting the resident's room. Masks will be worn at all times. We look forward to seeing you soon!
